Pre-boil Specific Gravity 1.048 - .001 off.
Can you say, job well done. God Speed. We're off to boil. The hard part is done. Now just to save the grains for some new wheat biscuits and clean up and prep the fermentor.
I must say, I'm excited that this seemed to work so well.
