I'm working towards brewing this weekend, it's been a long time coming. The apartment is not conducive to brewing so I'll be doing the outdoor set up again. This means creating the three tier set up once again, and a bit of carpentry this weekend. After the last construction project and resulting brewery I have some better ideas and thoughts. This will be a big taller and more stable, but also build to make it easier to transport and move around coolers of hot water.
The biggest concern I have is that I'll be brewing outside, in my garage aka on the city street sidewalk. From what I know this isn't illegal, but it's sure to turn some heads as the set up will be quite extensive. I should be getting materials Friday night, building Saturday and brewing Sunday. Watch for live brewing blogging and pictures.
As for what I'll be brewing this weekend, I'm thinking of keeping it simple and easy - the standard Mellody Pale Ale.
